Refund policy

At Hari Ram Dilip Kumar (HRDK), we are committed to providing you with exquisite jewelry. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds.

1. Final Sale Policy (No Return, No Exchange)

1.1. All sales made through HRDK are final. We uphold a strict No Return, No Exchange policy on all products across all categories (Silver, Gold, Diamond, and other premium non-silver items), for both retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) customers. 1.2. This policy is in place due to the high value, unique nature, potential for customization, and hygiene considerations of our jewelry products.

2. Exception: Verified Manufacturing Defects Only

2.1. Reporting Defects: In the rare event that an item is received with a verified manufacturing defect, you must contact HRDK immediately within 24-48 hours of delivery.

 2.2. To report a defect, send an email to admin@hrdk.in with your order number, a clear description of the defect, and comprehensive photographic or video evidence. Please also provide your WhatsApp number for quicker communication.

2.3. Assessment & Resolution: HRDK's quality control team will meticulously assess the reported defect. This assessment may require you to send the item back to our premises at E-229 Marudhara Industrial Area, Basni 2nd phase, Jodhpur, Rajasthan-342005. Shipping costs for returning a potentially defective item for assessment will initially be borne by the customer.

2.4. If, after thorough inspection, HRDK confirms a genuine manufacturing defect, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions: 

  • Repair: We will repair the defective item at no additional cost. 
  • Replacement: If repair is not feasible, we will offer a direct replacement of the identical item. 
  • Store Credit: In exceptional cases where repair or replacement is not possible, a store credit of the item's value may be issued. 
  •  No Cash Refunds: Please note that cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

 2.5. Exclusions: This defect policy does not cover: 

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, normal wear and tear, neglect, unauthorized service, or alteration. 
  •  Variations in natural gemstones or materials that are inherent to their unique properties.
  •  Any item reported after the 24-48 hour window from delivery.
  • Minor imperfections that are part of the handmade nature of some jewelry.

3. Cancellations

3.1. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. Requests for cancellation must be made immediately after placing the order via email to admin@hrdk.in. HRDK cannot guarantee cancellation.

4. Wholesale / Retailer Customers

4.1. The No Return, No Exchange policy, with the sole exception for verified manufacturing defects (as per Section 2), also applies to all purchases made by approved HRDK Retailer accounts.

4.2. Any specific terms regarding defect claims in your separate Wholesale Agreement will apply in conjunction with this policy.
