2. Payment Method for All Orders

2.1. Prepaid Orders Only: Hari Ram Dilip Kumar operates on a prepaid basis only. All purchases must be paid in full online at the time of order placement.

2.2. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any products or customer types.

3. Shipping for Retail Customers (Silver & Non-Silver Products)

3.1. Domestic Shipping (within [Your Country]): a. Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer various shipping options (e.g., standard, express) at different price points.

3.2. Shipping for Non-Silver (Gold & Diamond) Products (Retail Inquiry Customers):

a. For gold, diamond, and other premium non-silver products, shipping details, including costs, insurance, and delivery timelines, will be discussed and finalized individually during your personalized WhatsApp inquiry process.

b. Due to the high value of these items, specialized, fully insured shipping services are typically utilized.

4. Shipping for Wholesale / Retailer Customers

4.1. Wholesale Agreement: Shipping terms for all products purchased by approved HRDK Retailer accounts, including costs, carriers, insurance, and delivery schedules, are governed by the specific terms and conditions outlined in your separate Wholesale Agreement with Hari Ram Dilip Kumar.

 4.2. Consolidated Shipments: We typically aim to consolidate wholesale orders where feasible to optimize shipping costs.

4.3. Tracking: Tracking information for wholesale shipments will be provided as per the terms of your Wholesale Agreement.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Shipping - if applicable)

5.1. For any approved international shipments, Hari Ram Dilip Kumar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damage, Loss, and Delivery Issues

6.1. Damage in Transit: HRDK takes utmost care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery) at admin@hrdk.in or WhatsApp [Your WhatsApp Number] with photographic evidence of the damage to both the packaging and the item(s). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further details on verified manufacturing defects.

6.2. Lost Shipments: If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will assist you in tracking your package and initiating a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.

 6.3. Incorrect Address: HRDK is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

7. Local Pickup

7.1. We offer free local pickup at our premises, E-229 Marudhara Industrial Area, Basni 2nd phase, Jodhpur, Rajasthan-342005.

7.2. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions. Please bring your order confirmation when you come to collect your order.

 7.3. Pickup hours are  [Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM].
